POLS 4233 - American Constitutional Law

Prerequisite(s): Six hours of political science.

An examination of the power and authority of the federal and state governments as derived from the US Constitution.  The course explores the scope of the powers of the major institutions of the federal government, as well as the interplay between the federal and state governments in cases coming before the US Supreme Court.
