POLS 4243 - Civil Rights and Civil Liberties

Prerequisite(s): Six hours of political science.

Examines historical and contemporary constitutional debates over civil rights and liberties through interpretations of the US Supreme Court, as well as explores the socio-political forces influencing constitutional development in the United States.
