Service Learning II is a self-paced community service course for nursing students enrolled in the third semester of the ACCEL-RN Program. Service Learning II is the second of a two-course series designed to reinforce concepts taught in nursing courses. Emphasis is on using the nursing process as a framework for assessment of families, groups, and communities as clients; and developing, implementing, and evaluating appropriate plans of care.
