FREN 1033 - Culture of the French-Speaking World

3 (3-0)

This course focuses on students’ exploring the ideas, values, beliefs, and other cultural aspects of French-speaking peoples around the world and how these aspects work together to affect human experience.  By providing students with knowledge of a history and culture different from their own, this course contributes to preparing students to be productive members of global society as well as to understand and relate with people and ideas different from their own.
