Prerequisite(s): POLS 1333Â and POLS 1433Â or consent of the instructor and junior standing or above or consent of the instructor.
Agency, real property, bankruptcy, and Uniform Commercial Code Articles 2, 3, 4, and 7. This course is designed for students taking the CPA exam, business majors wanting a second course in law, and pre-law students. Students are strongly encouraged to take LSBA 3233Â before taking this class.
