Prerequisite(s): MGMT 4213  

Course discusses human resource information systems and analytics concepts and practices applied to various aspects of the human resource management function (e.g., staffing and recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, and performance management).  Course emphasis is placed on human resource data analysis and visualization, data security and privacy, and data-related ethical and legal issues.
