ENGL 4336 - Special Topics in London

Prerequisite(s): Communication Core complete

For students studying abroad in London who want to improve their writing, research, and analytical skills in one of the following areas (which may vary by year): literature, rhetoric and composition, technical writing, or creative writing. Research will include various site visits in and around London and reading primary literary and historical texts and artifacts, and biographical and critical texts. Depending upon the special topic, forms of exposition may include research essays, literature or book reviews, investigative writing, research proposals, multimodal compositions, and others. For students preparing for teaching, professional work, graduate study, or general communication. May be repeated for credit with consent of instructor and chair.
