MGMT 5313 - Energy Management 3 (3-0)
Prerequisite(s): BUAD 5006 or equivalent and consent of the Graduate Coordinator.
Focuses on terminology, concepts, and business issues that are particularly important to the energy industry. Topics include an overview of key global energy trends, an introduction to the geology of energy, the process for determining the ownership of mineral interests and surface rights, the processes for developing and producing oil, gas, wind, and solar projects, with a special emphasis on the economics of such projects. Students with credit for MGMT 4313 may not enroll in this course.
