An introduction to the use of computers in medical imaging and a survey of specialized imaging modalities. Learning Outcomes: The student will formulate techniques to optimize image quality, minimize patient exposure, and preserve equipment; apply methods of image quality assurance; and adapt technical variables to changing conditions.
