Core Curriculum Specifics (44 total hours for core, including these specific courses)
Major in Physical Education - 30 hours
Choose one of the following concentrations:
English Language Arts and Reading Concentration - 15 hours
Mathematics Concentration - 15 hours
Science Concentration - 15 hours
Social Studies Concentration - 15 hours
Education Block - 27 hours
2.75 GPA required for Clinical Teaching.
Grades of ‘D’ are not acceptable in the following Block courses.
Students must have taken EDUC 2013 and COUN 2143 and completed 45 semester hours.
Foundation Courses - 12 hours
Students must be admitted to the Teacher Education Program before enrolling.
