COUN 5513 - Counseling Children for Clinical Mental Health

Prerequisite(s): COUN 5203  

This course is designed to explore counseling from the perspective of a child.  Emphasis is given to various theoretical approaches to children’s counseling and will include special populations.  Students will learn about play therapy and other creative approaches to working with children.
