English, B.A., English Language Arts and Reading with Secondary Certification (Grades 7-12)

Communication - 6 hours*

(ENGL 1143  is required as one of the three hours; see Communication  courses for selections of the other three hours.)

Sophomore Literature - 6 hours*

3 of these hours will be taken as part of the Language, Philosophy, & Culture area of the core.  The other 3 hours are listed below under Other Requirements.

Additional 3000-4000 level courses - 6 hours

Students must have passed TSI or equivalent and 60 semester hours.
