This course is a continuation on the use of computed tomography as an imaging tool from the technologist’s perspective. Topics include a review of patient care, contrast media and adverse reactions, and imaging protocols for the chest, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, and special consideration in pediatric imaging and critical care imaging. Access to a CT scanner or instructor consent required.
