The requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Arts with a major in computer science are as follows:

General

Academic Foundations and Core Curriculum - 42 semester hours

Bachelor of Arts

Program Requirements

Major

Computer Science Electives - 18 hours

Eighteen (18) hours of computer science electives (15 advanced).

Note:

(CMPS 1013 , CMPS 1023 , and CMPS 1033  may not be counted toward a major in Computer Science.)

Minor

Minor is not required.

Additional Requirements

Computer Science Exit Exam

Electives as necessary to complete 120 total hours and 39 advanced
